I'm the admin of the lists. You are causing your own problem. You can
post from the Atkin news interface *provided* you use the same name and UID
as you are subscribed under on the Yahoo list.

I suggest you make another subscription to the Yahoo list, using the handle
you use for newsgroups. You can set the delivery options of both accounts
to No Mail. You generally have to wait up to 24 hours for Yahoo to update
their database (they run MySQL, natch!)
