I've been using IBO console for a while now and do not get this
problem.
From what I understand rbd$field_precision is a field that belongs to
a SYSTEM table called RDB$FIELDS.
Do you only get this on all databases you try and look at?
I've just done a quick test and can recreate your error if I remove
the mentioned field from the RDB$FIELDS table.
I've also just seen Martin's post and that suggests the same thing.
As starter try a Backup and Restore on the database when you can. That
should update the ODS version for you.
