Thanks everyone. From an execution time of 39.5 s (against prod data on the
local server) to 70 ms is pretty good going ...
The solution that I used was to drop the indices as Helen suggested, and
create indices as Svein suggested. then I created indices on the Log Table
for the columns used in the join by the clnt_sub table
