Our company has 400 installs in use, running on a variety of FreeBSD
versions.

Tell you what, can I build a register database for the Firebird community?
Would that be of interest?

We just had a meeting where we were discussing the datbase we are to use. We
are
using Firebird at present, but one argument for the majority product was
based
on the low numbers of people using FB. I know the 2 products can't really be
compared that way, but are there any estimates of the numbers of sites using
FB?
