The recent Firebird beta 1.5 classic build is still very experimental. The
architectural comparison in the article above is valid, but the
implementation details for Windows aren't addressed (there hasn't been a
Windows Classic server since about 1996).

No, it's not the right group. The list you want for installation and
platform implementation stuff regarding betas is firebird-devel.
