Put simply, IBO uses a lot of features integral to the base
VCL components. These facilities do not exist in CLX, so a
large part of the package will either have to loose those
facilities, or have them manually coded. CLX(Qt) is rather a
small subset of VCL. The newer versions of Qt have added a
lot of the missing facilities, BUT Kylix is still using a
rather old version, with no indication that there are any
plans to switch to the latest version.
