Well, I wasn't proposing that we stop helping IB users!! it was only a
change of name that was proposed. I know we have been here before and
always ended up keeping "ib". But does "ib" mean InterBase any more, to
the outside world? Does "fb" mean anything to anyone but us?

I'm thinking of new Firebird users, first-off. They actually have to FIND us.
