One more question, the books I have state that referential integrity
constraint names are local to the table they are attached to. In working
with them it appears that in Firebird the constaint names are global and
I'm getting a lot of duplicate constraint names.

This is easy to fix, but I wanted to make sure that this was another
Firebird-ism and not a misunderstanding on my part.
