v1.5 has changes to the local protocol which allow for concurrent
installs (with IB, v1.0 and other v1.5 'sessions') to work.

Accordingly, you need to review the settings in the 'firebird.conf' file
-- the file is well documented so you shouldn't have any problems
figuring out what to change.
