No; but the SQL help for IB 6 plus the extra stuff in the Firebird 1
release notes (which are PDF, so you can keep them on-line) will do it for
FB 1.0.x; or you could get a copy of the IB Phoenix CD, which has the
Using Firebird and Firebird Reference Guide manuals in PDF format and is
up-to-date as far as FB 1.0.x. I doubt that anyone is going to go to the
trouble and expense of producing a WinHelp file now that Winhelp is deprecated.

For future, I believe IB Phoenix is planning to develop an all-new on-line
SQL quick reference CD for FB 1.5, as a "companion" to "User's Guide to the
FirebirdSQL Database", the book which I am currently writing for
publication by APress later this year.
