Is this an Interbase/Firebird database if so there are some off the
self tools that will do database replication for you.
If you want something fairly quick to set up configure and maintain
then try IBREPLICATOR, recently bought by the IBPhoenix guys, I
believe. http://www.ibphoenix.com/main.nfs?a=ibphoenix&s=1052691548:17706&page=ibp_repl_tools
This will allow you to handle two-way replication if needed.
If you are new to the concept of database replication take a look
at some of the REPLICATION papers at the IBPhoenix site a site search
for replication will give you enough to gain a good graps of what you
need to be thinking about.
There are other apps than IBReplicator but they tend to only do
one-way replication.
If this is okay for your needs you could try the stuff coming from
IBLOGMANAGER
(http://www.iblogmanager.com/iblm_roll_forward_logging.html)
