This one I wouldn't know. There has been the code base change from C
to C++, memory manager changes, lock manager changes, and there has
been some corrections in relation to buffer overruns, hard to tell if
the majority has been taken care of.

In regards to the external file and UDF directories, FB 1.5 has new
configuration parameters to restrict the external files and UDFs
directories.
