As stated in my earlier post, the situation we are seeing is real
and is happening in the real world. Everything I've read indicates
that this should not be be possible (as it seems some of the people
responding have read as well). There is no way this is a local
connection as some replies have suggested. The purpose of my post
is to understand why this is happening. I'm am not going to argue
whether it is happening or not because I've had two client sites
with reliable people tell me that it has, thus I'm trying to
understand it.
