No, it is virtually meaningless.

You might get nearer to an authentic comparison by using the command-line
ISQL in all cases (including 4.2), or by using one or other of the two
***console programs in all cases (including 4.2). The long connection
times make one suspicious that you have some "connection noise" that's
related to the interfaces.
