By the way, I'm still having the connection freezing problem with
kinterbasdb+firebird1.5 that I described earlier. I've contacted the
kinterbasdb author but I'm starting to suspect the problem is not with his
module. Basically, if I leave any connection to the database idle for 60
seconds, any subsequent use of the connection freezes for about 30
seconds before I get any response. No errors, just a big delay.
