Because it is a Borland program it can't be supplied with
Firebird. Those of us who had Interbase have legal copies
floating around, but probably do not use them.

Replacement option 1 is IB_SQL (www.ibobjects.com) which
does most of the database management stuff, and user
management, but does not have backup and restore, which I
tend to do using the command line gbak program set up in
batch files.

There are other commercial options as well
