Your path may be wrong... look at the service path (in service's
properties), it should point to the fbServer.exe executable. In my system it
says
d:\archivos de programa\firebird\bin\fbserver -s
if it is wrong, you have to re-register the service using correct path.
By the way, there is an installation program at
