Sorry - no I'm talking about InterServer which is an NT service married to
InterClient. You will then have IBServer, IBGuard and InterServer services
running. Interserver is the service which runs on 3060. IB runs non 3050.
Interclient will not talk directly to IB - it talks to InterServer which in
turn talks to IB.
