It all comes down to the "selectivity" of the indices. And, as I stated
before, Firebird 1.5 has a better query optimizer. Try Firebird 1.5,
and if you still feel that some plans are not correct, then you can
post your question, along with your table structure, your query and
the generated plan(and maybe the plan that you think it should be).
