Hi,

Do you know if it is possible to run Firebird as an embedded application
component (so a desktop application would read database files directly,
without a server)? I don't want to scare users of my app with too difficult
words like db server, installation etc...
I could not find a definite answer to my question anywhere in Firebird
webpages, so decided to ask it here - will be very grateful for any hints.
