I don't currently have an istalled version of FB 1.5 running on Linux, however

1. What is the library name in firebird/lib?
Is there a link to /usr/lib for that library?
2. There isn't a version of IBreplicator for 1.5 yet, let's face it 1.5 is still "beta".
3. Replicant Technologies (producers of IBReplicator) and IBPhoenix have just
concluded an agreement where IBPhoenix will take on the future development
marketing, sales etc of IBreplicator, one of our first tasks is to fix outstanding bugs
in IBReplicator, and create a version for FB 1.5 and InterBase 7.0. We are still
waiting on the delivery of the source code, so we can start this process.
