Go ahead and try IB_SQL - it's free.
http://www.ibobjects.com/ibo_ib_sql.html
Just connect to your database, browse it (button with the glasses),
locate the table, enter no search criteria in the field search edits
(just click in one of these editfields and press enter) and open it.
Now you can browse the whole table.
Does your problem occur then, too?
