Subject RE: [ib-support] Firebird, Stored Procedures, and BLOB parameters
Author Alan McDonald
I must be misunderstanding something here, I've been using stored procedures
which have blob input parameters with IB6.01 and 6.02 for quite some time
now...
I use this method extensively when using IB as the backend of a website
using OCBC as the connection method. All inert and update commands are
executed via execution of SPs.
Where/how is blobs not supported as SP parameters?

Alan

It's supported already...plus another nice little thing that you won't find
in IB: you can pass a character type as an input to a text blob (blob
sub_type 1).

Arrays, no, not yet.
