Hi

I had the same problem, when I tried to use my old IBConsole, Ver
1.0.0.339 Open Source, to connect to my local server.

I solved it my using Remote Server, to my IP Address/Machine Name,
and then it worked. Not sure if this will solve your problem with
IB7 Console.
