No, because it will only set the FB process to one 'physical' CPU, not one of
the two 'logical' CPU's

If the OS supports HT it should treat a HT CPU as two 'normal' CPU's. In
OS's that don't support HT, it is a bit of a hit and miss affair, sometimes
they are treated as one, sometimes two. XP is the first Windows OS that
supports HT, but apparently there are still a few issues.
