ACL - access control limits
I don't use vb script for this purpose but I hazard to guess that some part
of the executing engine requires that someone be logged into the console.

would like to know what's going wrong :-). What do you mean with ACL?
As said it works when normally logged in. It doesn't work when at
login screen (using the same login account)
