Please help,
We have a db created by a user 'XXX' and subsequently ddl scripts have
been run as "SYSDBA". Now the problem exists that the user "XXX" cannot
work on the new tables/triggers etc.
we know that we could run grants on the tables but would prefer not to
do this as we have no grants at the moment and this could cause problems
with later maintenance.
Is there another way to move ownership of all the structures to user
"XXX"?
If we backup the existing database (as SYSDBA) and restore it as "XXX"
would this achieve our objective?
I am asking this as the user site is remote and we have no active
connection and we don't have the luxury of trial and error.
Thanks
Louis
