I would like on some fields a check, that the value is always 1/4 (0, 0.25,
0.50, 0.75) Behind the comma.

Examples
-10.25 ok
+25.00 ok
-05.50 ok
+10.30 wrong
-10.10 wrong

Im looking forward to the suggestions...
