Good day
\=-=\\=\=-
We currently have a funny happening at a client and we cannot seem to get a
solution for this.
We have Interbase 5.6 installed with 40 user licenses, but after 10 users
are connected they start getting
Max user count exceeded errors. Now I have read that the Gaurdian may not
clean the connections cleanly and
it does work after a re-start. But it takes about a week and the problem
occurs again. The OS is win 2000 Server.
Is there any idea's on what we can look at. We have when the error occurs
connected to the database (ONE database)
and looked at the Database Connections, There is 10 users connected. They
are all SYSDBA as the application uses the
database for plain data storage, thus the security is not used at all.
Our application is a Delphi 3 application using BDE 5.01 with the BDE 5.11
update.
Thanks for Any help in Advance
