I use IBConsole (1.1.0.14) on a W2K machine and it works fine.
A colleague here uses IBConsole (1.0.0.339) on a XP machine with no problem too.

like Marathon, IBAccess etc.

I believe they work fine on XP or whatever.

IBConsole is not listed there though, I don't know why...
