Thanks for all your help. I understand that the firebird database
as a relational database is quite good. I am really looking at:
1) Integrating systems (.Net apps and SQL DB) with the firebird db?
2) What about Admin tools - like for instance the DTS that comes
with MS SQL Enterprise Manager? - I have downloaded DBWorkBench and
it seems that it does not have anything that is equivelent to it.
3) I currently use DTS in a service that extracts data from a db and
ftp that table to a webserver. Can I do something similar to that
without having to create my own app to do this?
