RPM packages that have prompts are IMO a bad idea. They should not require
user intervention in the installation and its a better idea to make the
package relocatable. But its not as simple as asking for a directory to
install to since that misses what some of us would like which is to install
programs into /usr, libraries into /lib, docs into /usr/share/doc, ...
