I am new to the Linux world but I understand there are 64bit Linux
OS. The Opteron CPU will work with 32bit applications but the review
I read said the apps should be compiled for 64 bit OS to attain best
performance. All our customers servers are going Linux - the Client
pc's remainig windows for the time being.
