A good 'trick' to get it up-to-date, is to visit
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com from that NT4 machine and download
and apply all updates available there. My bet is that at least one of
them will upgrade your system default MSVCRT.DLL. One of the fixes about
Jet Engine should update it, I think.
