I guess the best way to answer is to suggest reading the releases
notes. There are so many interesting and valuable differences. The
release notes are not yet... released as far as I know. :) But its
content is frozen and the text is the hands of translators. So if
Helen reads this, I suppose she will give you the URL to current draft.

I could do so, but I don't know if the link I got from Helen is
intended for public useage.
