If you are letting FB exceptions 'ride' through to your users, you may want
to include interbase.msg as well so they have 'human meanings' but nothing
else is required.

IMO it is best to but gds32.dll in you applications directory, this saves
possible problems when installing on to machines that already have apps that
work with other versions of FB and Interbase.

This situation is all set to get easier with FB1.5+
