IBX might no longer work with Firebird 2, since there are plans that
the interface of FBClient.dll might change. Also, the plan is that
Firebird 1.5 can coexist with Interbase on the same computer and
running at the same time. If that setup exists, then IBX will not be
able to connect to Firebird, since it uses GDS32.dll. Firebird 1.5
comes with a GDS32.dll that simply redirects the calls to
FBClient.dll. If you have Interbase installed, you'll need to use
it's own GDS32.dll. You'll need to install those DLLs in the same
directory as your application in order to use them.
