The different "managers" out there all have strenghs and weaknesses, so I
use different ones for different things. I use the free (read "slightly
crippled" )
version of IBExpert for my metadata extractions because it correctly handles
this problem by creating empty procedures before tables, triggers, etc are
created,
then at the bottom of the script does an alter to put the actual sp code
back in.
Thus, the cross-references never cause a problem.
