Hard to say :) By any mean I'm not an expert for VIO module (Virtual
I/O). If there is at least one out there, it's Ann, not me. Anyway, this
kind of problems is hard to catch red-handed. Every time I ran in some of
them I wants to see the REPLAY_OSRI_API_CALLS_SUBSYSTEM back. This
"secret" IB/FB feature allows to log all internal API calls to file and
replay them up to the point of failure. Unfortunately, it's out of sync
with API changes since IB 4. But this would allow you to catch the error
in production and then reproduce it exactly under debugger's
surveillance. Without it is mostly a blind hunt in dark places.
