Did you have one ?
There is a Brazillian guy who is writting (and as far as I know "almost
finished") a collation for Portuguese that is case insensitive, ascent
insensitive. I will take a look if there are news about it.
Definitively, one thing that will be good for FB is case insensitive/ascent
insensitive collections.
