I have this problem also... It's almost impossible to reproduce this. It can happen on any SP or Trigger which is do some job about numbers...

For some tables I was using Numeric(18,5) when I take it to 18,4 the frequency is lowed but still I get it from random SP's or triggers...

Looks like a bug, doesn't it? I have the same problem time to time. It
is very hard to reproduce. It disappears when I recompile all triggers
and SPs using IBExpert.
