I have just moved to Firebird from Interbase. I am having a problem
backing up with gbak.

I use the command
C:\Progra~1\firebird\bin\gbak -verbose -user SYSDBA -password masterkey
contacts.gdb backup.gdb
to backup my contacts database.

But the backup goes as far as 1,040,000 records, then stops. If I were
still in Interbase, I would now go to the Interbase Server Manager,
check the database, then fix it.

I think that I need to use Firebirds GFIX, but the help flies off the
screen...
