Certainly not on Windows platforms. There was a thread on this just
recently. NT (and I believe W2K, though the limit may be a little different)
has a 182G limit on the maximum size of files that can be open at any one
time...

The limitation for interbase 6 (using multiple files) is 32
terabytes.
I wonder if this will double in firebird using the new 16k page
size?
