Yes to all.

On the playstation Win OSs it runs as an application but cannot be a server
to a NetBEUI network (TCP/IP OK). There is no filesystem security so it's
not recommended except for stand-alone or a tiny network.

NT4 w/s and W2k Pro are just like the server versions of those products
except that, on a NetBEUI network, you are restricted to 9 users + the
local user (i.e. 10 machines). That's a M$oft restriction. No limit on
TCP/IP other than machine capacity.

It should be. There are no plans to limit platforms in Fb 1.5.
