From the web server point of view, yes, there is: in a directory located one
(or more) level(s) up in the directories tree. For instance, if domain.com's
Apache DocumentRoot is located at /var/www/domain.com/public_html, then your
"Php with sensitive data" includes directory should be
/var/www/domain.com/includes.
