It can still be downloaded from mers.com:

But GBakSched development is closed. Mauro Barbieri (the author of
GBakSched) can not be reached by the email address from above zip file.
The sourcecode (Delphi 3) was never published.

I've tried to create an automated firebird backup solution based on
Windows' Scheduler Service; it is an assistent for creating a scheduled
