As far as I know - it doesn't support Dialect 3 ... which, I think, should
be the standard dialect for every new database you are creating.
I believe it doesn't do "delimited identifiers" and no INT64 like datatypes.
I don't know anything about the driver and haven't mentioned it with
regards to IB 4...
