Handy. So much for file protection.

Since there's no safe mode in win2000, the other fix (or another
still) will have to suffice.

If anyone is trying the FILELIST.XML fix via safe mode in XP, can you
confirm that it worked, and then maybe we can settle on this method
(safe mode, filelist edit) as the 'official' workaround for XP?
