Support questions need to contain information readers can use (you
have to help us help you!) A starting point would be for you to post
your DDL for the problem table (one will do; keep the post short).
Also include a concrete example of the error, e.g. "I try to enter X
into a field defined as Y and get the error message Z". Be as
precise as possible. You'll get the hang of it -- and then you'll be
amazed at how quickly the problem gets solved. Tech support people
love a challenge, but you got to throw them enough meat to sink their
teeth into.
