Just to confirm that I am not in any way suggesting to use triggers to
enforce uniqueness in an environment with concurrent writing
transactions (not if data integrity matters, of course ;-). Having said
this, I have an archive of all the posts in this forum, and after a
quick look at them I can say that this misconception is not so common,
at least here.
